As an RMT, Alex treats a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. He takes
a strong interest in treating chronic pain, sport injuries, post-concussion symptoms, headaches,
post-surgical rehabilitation, sciatica, and osteoarthritis.
While focusing on Swedish massage, he
uses a variety of different manual modalities such as deep tissue and muscle energy techniques,
trigger point release, myofascial manipulation, stretching, and joint mobilization.
