Everyone is pre-approved for 12 RMT & 12 Acupuncture treatments within 12 weeks of your MVI.

  • RMT: ICBC covers $131.25 toward initial visits and $98.70 towards subsequent visits. You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

  • ACUPUNCTURE: ICBC covers $129.15 toward initial visits and $109.20 towards subsequent visits. You are responsible for paying remaining amounts.

❗️Cancellation & No Show Policies:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. If your appointment is cancelled within 2 - 24 hours, 50% of your treatment costs will be charged to your stored credit card. If less than 2 hours notice is given or if you are not present for your appointment or if your location survey is not completed at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment, 100% of your treatment cost will be charged to your stored credit card.

This option is great for those who have no insurance coverage or for those who have used up their annual massage limits.

Monika welcomes you and is eager to help you with an acute or chronic injury or simply to decrease your stress level with a relaxing massage. She believes in the importance of calming the nervous system and treating the body as a whole.

If you are looking for flowing soothing swedish massage strokes with a combination of specific therapeutic modalities in your Treatment, Monika is the right person for you.

As a lifelong learner, she always had a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness Industry. At only 16 years of age she enrolled in Hairdressing School after arriving in Canada from Germany, followed by becoming an Esthetician and Spa Practitioner through the AVEDA Institute of Victoria.

Monika was also working as a Care Aide, helping people in the Community and in a Hospital setting for the last 10 years. Her passion is making people feel better until they are back to optimal health.

The ultimate dream after working many years in beautiful luxury Spas and Resorts around BC and Alberta, was to obtain her Massage Therapy Diploma and work as a RMT.

Natasha is an all-around West Coaster. When not curled up by the fireplace at home, she is out enjoying beautiful Vancouver Island, hiking forest trails with her dogs, fishing for that big salmon, camping on a mountain or ATVing in the back country.

After many years spent in an office environment, Natasha left her career in public service; it was time to pivot when the pull for more meaningful work couldn’t be ignored. After experiencing firsthand the benefits of therapeutic massage for chronic low back pain and whiplash, and having been introduced to massage therapy as a child to decrease tension, pain and stress, it was an easy decision to head back to school in her 40’s.

Natasha believes therapeutic massage can encourage you to connect and focus on your body and take charge of your health goals. She provides safe and effective treatments by gathering a thorough health history, LISTENING to your goals and assisting in determining your needs. In 2011, Holly earned a degree from York University in Environmental Studies. During these formative years, she discovered her passion for cycling and travel which led her to complete several multi-day cycling adventures across Canada. Her thirst for adventure, cycling, and love of the outdoors brought her to beautiful Victoria BC.

Since arriving in Victoria, Holly has become a part of Victoria’s thriving athletic community. She has worked at various local gyms in town as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her enthusiasm and need to move led her to a fulfilling career in Massage Therapy, allowing her to explore alternative methods and modalities to treat and care for the human body. Athletes that Holly most commonly work with in training and massage therapy include rock-climbers, triathletes, runners, cyclists.

Julia is a board-certified registered acupuncturist and has been immersed in the healing arts for the past 15 years. Julia offers a blend of hands-on techniques including acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, deep tissue massage, Shiatsu, Thai massage, Tuina, cupping, gua sha, and bleeding techniques. She has a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body, mind and spirit and recognizes that healing is an inherently creative and participatory process. She brings her knowledge of Eastern medicine and a compassionate heart to all those she treats.

Julia has specialized in pain management and has extensive experience working with musculoskeletal issues. After graduating she studied with the late Grandmaster of acupuncture, Dr. Richard Tehfu Tan from whom she learned the Balance method which is rooted in a long lineage of ancient, authentic Chinese medicine teachings and texts such as the Nei Jing. The balance method works with both channels and meridians and is well known for achieving rapid results. It is one of the most effective and efficient acupuncture methods for treating pain.
