Meet Registered Massage Therapist Monika
Monika welcomes you and is eager to help you with an acute or chronic injury or simply to decrease your stress level with a relaxing massage. She believes in the importance of calming the nervous system and treating the body as a whole.
If you are looking for flowing soothing swedish massage strokes with a combination of specific therapeutic modalities in your Treatment, Monika is the right person for you.
As a lifelong learner, she always had a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness Industry. At only 16 years of age she enrolled in Hairdressing School after arriving in Canada from Germany, followed by becoming an Esthetician and Spa Practitioner through the AVEDA Institute of Victoria.
Monika was also working as a Care Aide, helping people in the Community and in a Hospital setting for the last 10 years. Her passion is making people feel better until they are back to optimal health.
The ultimate dream after working many years in beautiful luxury Spas and Resorts around BC and Alberta, was to obtain her Massage Therapy Diploma and work as a RMT.
She has experience with chronic complex conditions and also geriatric patients and will work together with you to find the right Treatment plan.

Heather has been practicing massage for over 4 years, graduating from Makami College in Calgary, Alberta (3000 hours). While in Calgary, Heather provided massage therapy treatments at a busy prenatal massage therapy, acupuncture and chiropractic clinic and has experience working in luxury spas.
Presently, she is studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in Victoria.

Lori received her massage training at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Alberta and graduated in 2014 with honors
She does not have RMT designation in B.C. and will be using her expertise as our Lead Relaxation Therapist offering a variety of modalities.
Lori is equipped with the knowledge and experience to provide a blend of therapeutic and relaxation massage as well as other modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and cupping.

Before Massage Therapy, Hailie obtained a Bachelorâs Degree in Justice Studies, minoring in Criminal Justice & Immigration Law. Wanting to serve others, Hailie ultimately discovered her capacity to make a positive impact is using therapeutic massage as a vehicle to guide individuals towards their full potential.
Growing up, Hailie played competitive sports. All of them! Sprinting the 200m and 400m hurdles were her favorite. When injuries put a stop to her athletics, her identity was shattered. Luckily, Hailie pushed her pride aside, put in the work & rehabilitated her injuries (shin splints, tibia stress fractures, collapsed arches, up-slipped pelvis, and functional scoliosis). Today, Hailie is active daily, youâll likely find her boxing, weightlifting, trail running or playing rec volleyball and more.
Hailie has the utmost respect for those who risk their lives for others and welcomes veterans, first responders, and their families to take a moment to care for themselves. Hailie also has experience working with amputees and mastectomy scarring and is keen to learn how to better support these individuals.

In 2011, Holly earned a degree from York University in Environmental Studies. During these formative years, she discovered her passion for cycling and travel which led her to complete several multi-day cycling adventures across Canada. Her thirst for adventure, cycling, and love of the outdoors brought her to beautiful Victoria BC.
Since arriving in Victoria, Holly has become a part of Victoriaâs thriving athletic community. She has worked at various local gyms in town as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
