Holly Ouellette, RMT, is a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (MLD); she completed her Level 2 Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®) and is available in Port Alberni and Sproat Lake.

❗️Cancellation & No Show Policies:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. If your appointment is cancelled within 12 - 24 hours, 50% of your treatment costs will be charged to your stored credit card. If less than 12 hours notice is given or if you are not present for your appointment or if your location survey is not completed at least 60 minutes prior to your appointment, 100% of your treatment cost will be charged to your stored credit card.

Holly Ouellette is excited to offer accessible and convenient Mobile Registered Massage Therapy with Compass Mobile Therapeutics. Holly serves the Alberni Valley!

Holly’s interests include hiking, trail running, cycling, triathlon, strength training and rock-climbing.

In 2011, Holly earned a degree from York University in Environmental Studies. During these formative years, she discovered her passion for cycling and travel which led her to complete several multi-day cycling adventures across Canada.

Her thirst for adventure, cycling, and love of the outdoors brought her to beautiful Victoria BC.

Since arriving in Victoria, Holly has become a part of Victoria’s thriving athletic community. She has worked at various local gyms in town as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her enthusiasm and need to move led her to a fulfilling career in Massage Therapy, allowing her to explore alternative methods and modalities to treat and care for the human body. Athletes that Holly most commonly work with in training and massage therapy include rock-climbers, triathletes, runners, cyclists.

Holly’s massage therapy practice includes a variety of manual techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, passive and active modalities that are seamlessly integrated with General Swedish Massage. Holly also offers specific TMJ/TMD massage to assist individuals with jaw pain and dysfunction.

Holly believes in a well rounded holistic approach to therapy. In her treatments you can expect a thorough assessment before and after treatments, homecare involving strengthening exercises, stretching, mobility, and tips for stress management.

Holly has completed Level 2: Applied MLD training through the Dr. Vodder School, which qualifies her to perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage for general wellness, recovery support, and specific non-pathological conditions.

‍Holly is qualified to treat: - Post-operative swelling and bruising (with physician clearance if needed) - Mild, non-pathological edema (e.g. post-injury, minor circulatory sluggishness) - General detoxification and immune system support - Muscle tension and chronic fatigueStress-related conditions (e.g. anxiety, headaches) - Pre- and post-event recovery for athletesCosmetic surgery recovery (e.g. liposuction, tummy tuck – with surgeon approval)

Holly is not qualified to treat: - Diagnosed lymphedema, including primary and secondary forms
